Whether you are hosting a cozy holiday gathering or a fancy formal cocktail party, pepper jelly can be your appetizer's best friend.
Crackers- spread cream cheese over your favorite cracker and top with a dollop of pepper jelly. If you aren't a fan of cream cheese look no further than goat cheese as your substitute.
Cocktail Meatballs - Put 1 jar of my pepper jelly with homemade or frozen meatballs into a crockpot on low heat. Heat until meatballs are cooked through. Easy peasy!
Charcuterie Plate- Nestle a little bowl of this jelly near the sliced meats, grapes and crackers for a spreadable dip. Also, while we are speaking of Charcuterie, you can use the pepper jelly as a topping on baked brie.
Candied Bacon - Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil (to catch any drips) then place a cooling rack on the sheet. Put the bacon on the cooling racks and coat with a glaze of my pepper jelly. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees (flip at 10 minutes) or until bacon is crisp.
