Orange Marmalade
Try an orange marmalade gin cocktail:
For each glass, combine 3 ounces gin, 1 ounce dry vermouth, 1/2 ounce lemon juice and 1 tablespoon my Mandarin Orange Marmalade in a cocktail shaker with ice; shake well, then pour into a glass.
Mix a jar of my Apple Pepper Jam with some chili sauce to make a sweet spicy sauce for meatballs. Try mixing it with honey mustard and soy sauce to make a dipping sauce for chicken satay.
