gifts from the kitchen

Fresh herbs from your backyard or kitchen garden can really make a meal that much more delicious. This year I experimented with Smart Pots and I must say, they have been a blast with excellent results!

With the slimmer pickings at the grocery store and people sheltering in place, we need to get extra creative with our meals. So this month I plan to focus my blog posts on 5-ingredient meal recipes in the hopes to help simplify these difficult times.

With safety and health still on the forefront of my mind, I'm returning to the Farmer's Markets in both the Roseville and Auburn locations.

Auburn Farmer's Market:

Saturday from 8–12

Roseville at the Fountains Farmers Market:

Tuesday 8:30 – 1:00

*You can expedite your shopping trip by either ordering online or send me an email to place your order. I'll have it ready to pick up at either market. Your safety is a top priority.

Our local pollinators deserve so much love and appreciation. I'll be posting several post about making the most of our gardens, no matter the size.  Check out my blog for information on native plants that will attract butterflies and bees.
