Machado Orchards Apple Festival

I’m getting ready for the Machado Orchards 8th Annual Apple Festival on Saturday in Auburn. I have what seems like a gazillion apples in the kitchen right now and I’m making lots of Apple Pie Jam and whatever apple anything I can make.
