Last week I got a beautiful piece of fresh caught salmon from "the little fish" company at the Farmers Market in the Fountains. Nothing like fresh caught!
I rinsed it and dried it with paper towels so the seasonings would stay. Then, I added my lemon & thyme flaked sea salt (both the fish and the salt from the sea, they are friends!), fresh ground pepper, then I drizzled some mandarin orange marmalade over the top. Why not?
Bake for 20 minutes! Enjoy!
